Calistia (“Calistia”, “we”, “us”) is an AI voice-agent service operated by Generative Studio (the “Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between the Company and the person or entity that registers for an account (“you”). If you use Calistia on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
01The service
Calistia answers, places, and handles telephone calls on your behalf using automated voice agents — booking appointments, taking messages, routing calls, and producing transcripts and summaries. Features, limits, and supported integrations may change as the product evolves.
02Beta & changes
Calistia is offered during an early-access (“beta”) period. The service is provided “as is” and may contain defects or change without notice. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and we may impose or adjust usage limits, at any time.
03Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
04Plans, billing & credits
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. There is no free plan.
- Usage is metered in credits (1 credit ≈ $0.01). Calls consume credits per started minute. Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do not expire until used.
- The early-bird discount, where applied, remains in effect for the life of the subscription so long as it stays continuously active. It does not apply to one-off purchases unless stated.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
05Phone numbers & telecom use
Numbers provisioned or ported through Calistia are provided via our telecom partners and remain subject to their terms and to applicable regulations. You agree to use the service in compliance with all telecommunications, anti-spam, and marketing laws that apply to you (including, where relevant, the TCPA, TSR, GDPR/ePrivacy, and local equivalents).
Calistia is not a substitute for emergency services. It must not be used to place or receive emergency (e.g. 911 / 112) calls.
06Your responsibilities & acceptable use
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent and providing any disclosures required for AI handling and for recording or transcribing calls in the relevant jurisdictions.
- You may not use Calistia for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive purposes, for unsolicited bulk calling, or to impersonate others without authorisation.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- You are responsible for the content of the agents you configure and the calls they handle.
07Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Calistia platform. You retain ownership of your content and call data. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you (see our Privacy Policy).
08Third-party services
Calistia relies on third-party providers for telephony, speech, language models, hosting, and payments. Your use may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
09Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that voice agents will handle every call correctly.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12Termination
You may stop using Calistia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
14Changes & contact
